Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, we will send you tracking information. Domestic orders within Australia will be shipped via Express Post or Startrack, while international orders will be calculated at checkout and sent through Australia Post.

Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke jewellery, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once the item has been crafted and delivered.
