All orders are custom-made for you in our private studio in Sydney. To maintain the highest quality and offer competitive pricing, our production time is typically 6-8 weeks before shipping. We understand that you may occasionally need your order sooner, and we can accommodate urgent requests. However, a Priority Fee will apply to expedite production. The ability to fulfill an expedited order depends on the design and availability of gemstones or diamonds. Please contact our team via email to confirm if this option is available for your order.

Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, we will send you tracking information. Domestic orders within Australia will be shipped via Express Post or Startrack, while international orders will be calculated at checkout and sent through Australia Post.

Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke jewellery, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once the item has been crafted and delivered. We encourage customers to carefully review design details and sizing before confirming their order. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or the item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days for assistance, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
