At Thelis Fine Jewellery, we specialise in creating bespoke engagement rings that are as unique as your love story. From the first consultation to the moment you hold your finished piece, we guide you through every step of the design journey.

Our Bespoke Design Process

1. Consultation – We begin with an in-depth consultation (in-studio or virtual) to understand your vision, lifestyle, budget, and inspiration. We discuss metal types, stone shapes, settings, and design styles.
2. CAD Design & Rendering – Our designer creates detailed 3D CAD drawings and photorealistic renderings of your ring so you can visualise it before it's made.
3. Design Approval – You review and approve the design (or request refinements) before any precious materials are sourced or crafted.
4. Creation – Once approved, your ring is handcrafted by our master jewellers using ethically sourced metals and gemstones.
5. Final Delivery – Your finished ring is presented in our signature packaging, ready to be treasured for a lifetime.

Deposit Structure

A deposit is required to secure your bespoke commission and begin the design process. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your ring.

• Simple Solitaire Design: $2,000 deposit
• Halo or Trilogy Design: $3,000 deposit
• Complex or Unique Design: $4,500 deposit

The balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery. A detailed quote will be provided after your initial consultation.

Timeline

Most bespoke engagement rings are completed within 4–6 weeks from design approval. Rush commissions may be available – please enquire at the time of booking.

Please note: This listing is for the design service deposit only. The deposit is non-refundable once the design process has commenced.

All orders are custom-made for you in our private studio in Sydney. To maintain the highest quality and offer competitive pricing, our production time is typically 6-8 weeks before shipping. We understand that you may occasionally need your order sooner, and we can accommodate urgent requests. However, a Priority Fee will apply to expedite production. The ability to fulfill an expedited order depends on the design and availability of gemstones or diamonds. Please contact our team via email to confirm if this option is available for your order.

Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, we will send you tracking information. Domestic orders within Australia will be shipped via Express Post or Startrack, while international orders will be calculated at checkout and sent through Australia Post.

Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke jewellery, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once the item has been crafted and delivered. We encourage customers to carefully review design details and sizing before confirming their order. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or the item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days for assistance, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
